disturbing is a good word to use.
heinous crime is another.
the scariest thing is… although this guy is showing ’some’ remorse. it seems highly unlikely he will have to go through some sort of judicial punishment for his actions. although i would have to say. he will have to live with his conscience for the rest of his days. perhaps that is punishment enough.
