If you have an itinerary that says one thing and the agent has booked another it's likely they have missed out on ticketing your flight in time, paniced and just booked the next best thing. (I used to work as a travel agent and all my juniors would f/k up like this, it's one of the reasons why I left.)

Seriously, seek compensation. Speak to the TL and tell them how screwed you feel.</description>
