I thought Wolfowitz was doing a good job at the World Bank, so I'm a bit sad to see him go. I also thought the "scandal" was a bit silly. His partner had to leave her job at the World Bank because he arrived there. It seems reasonable that they should do what they can to find her a good job somewhere else, although it probably shouldn't have been Wolfowitz that did it. It feels like it was OK to discriminate negatively against her because she was his partner, but not discriminate positively.
