As a white Australian I find it hard to understand why people want ethnic homelands. Yet so much of the violence and oppression in this world seems to be based on the idea of ethnic, or religiously defined nation states.

I wish everyone could just be friends.

the idea of not having somewhere to call home is a very forign concept for me. my homeland is here at present and i would fight justly to whatever end for it. i guess thats what everybody is trying to do. get their own homeland.
