I escaped from Utrulla exactly one year ago.
I ran my four day workshop a week later. I think looking back at it that it was one of the most worthwild things I did in India. I was a little cynical about the good that I had done but looking over the photos today I decided it was really valuable. Sure not all the people who came had the right positions. I don’t know if people quite understood what I said.
What was great about it and can be seen clearly in my 100’s of photos of it is that they got to learn by doing. They worked together and performed the tasks I assigned them and other tasks with enthusasm. I really think that they gained confidence with computers. That’s a critical thing to have because confidence allows you to experiment and try new things.
I hope to do more work as a trainer in the future. It feels so good to empower.
