It’s hard work. It’s about people and machine
I’ve been working as technical manager. You learn a lot about yourself and people when you are managing. It’s interesting trying to develop leadership techniques that work. Particular when some people are not co-operative and lacking motivation.
Trying to do this as a Christian is even harder. I have been trying an inclusive version of leadership. I also try to act as servant when possible. Asking what I can do to help the sub groups. Hard work. The biggest issue is how you talk about under performers. I fall down in this area. I can bitch a lot sometimes. The balance between planing how to deal with people taking the group into account, and being fair to the individual is tough.
Sorry to be picky, but there’s a rogue apostrophe in the title. the This has been a community service from the Punctuation Police.
And now there’s a rogue “the” in my comment. Typical.
That’s what you get for correcting me. lol.
You corrected the title! How cool is that?! I didn’t expect you to … I’m mighty chuffed!
