I Made It
I am now out of Utrulla!! At last I made it.
I got on a train at Gonda with a sleeper class ticket which got upgraded to a 3rd class AC ticket. Thankfully some nice people from Utrulla helped me get my ticket.
The train was early getting into Gonda but alas the sateagra is NEVER allowed to be ontime. We managed to lose 2 hours through the night. I was going to spend the day in a nice posh hotel. I got to the hotel after negotiating a taxi fair down from 540Rs to 300Rs, only to find no rooms were availible for me.
So back to the madhuban hotel for tonight, then onto the EHA guest house hopefully. So much for luxury. But at least I have TV and AIR-CON. Plus macca’s subway and pizza hut.
