I will be gone from this country in 21 days!
Not sure how I feel about it. It’s all very real now. I am excited and scared. I feel there should be more to organise then there is. It’s insane how little preparation is needed to leave the country for five months. So much I don’t know and can’t plan for. Faith is definately a big thing for me at the momment. No idea where I am at finanancially, I should probably work that out soon. So much uncertaintity, and yet I am not overly stressed. Praise the Lord.
India Stuff
This week I have so far caught 3 City Rail Buses and 5 City Rail trains. It took me 3 hours each way to Newcastle and back. I hate buses!

I am sitting in Gloria Jeans in Newcastle with my laptop blogging completly free of wires. YAY! Only $13.20 for my first hour.

Got myself a laptop today from DJ’s. Acer Aspire 2010 with Pentium M 1.5Ghz widescreen 15.4″ display wifi, bluetooth, media reader, dvd-rw. Got it 15% off the instore price too, ex-demo model. Very nice. It’s a bit heavy, so it’ll help me get buff too.

Just finished writting some very dodgy reflections for a dodgy subject. I am so over Engineering Management. At least tomorrow I finish Technology Assement for good. Yay.
If I pass these two subjects I am finished the core. Most core subjects are very boring attempts at giving engineers general skills they should have.

It’s official, there are “no disclosable court outcomes” recorded against me. I have no police record. What a relief. I was quite worried that I’d been to gaol and forgotten about it.

Another four weeks and God willing I will be on my way to India. Probably in KL by about now. It’s getting to be quite close. I have been quite busy this week. So much work, uni and other stuff to get done. I really am indifferent towards uni at the moment. If I pass everything grace will be playing its part. Oh well.
Some things have been crossed off my todo list this week so that’s been nice. I’m keeping my head above water, thank God. That’s why my blog has been more sporadical then usual.
Church was good tonight. I am really going to miss it whilst I’m away.
Thinking about all the people not just Church but other people I am going to miss makes me want to cry. I’m sure I’ll make friends in India, but I am still going to miss everyone. Thank God for blogs!
Anyway I should go. Have to get up early for a group meeting tommorow. On Wednesday it will all be over though. YAY!
India Stuff
I reckon shooting up is way to expensive in this country. I went to the doctor today and asked him to give a shot in each arm and it cost me $155. Thankfully the doctors time was paid for by Medicare though.
