I just finished my assignment four and a bit hours early and submitted it. It is not very good quality but it’s only for 9/100 marks in the subject and I couldn’t be stuffed to spend any more time on it.
By the way how good is electronic submission? Don’t even have to move from my PC to submit my assignments. No need to print. It’s wonderful.
Had a friend of mine from Uni come over for a few hours for some help with one of their subjects. I had fun helping with the assignment. I love designing stuff. I also like teaching. There is nothing quite like a well defined problem to solve. The only problem is now I am left with a couple of thousand words to write before 5pm tomorrow. I really don’t care too much about it which is really bad. I am like so over uni.
At work at the moment. Before I was listening to some Arabic music for work. Now I am listening to test sounds. I like the noise of a 100hz sine wave. It’s nice and low. Sounds a bit like a plane or something. It makes me want to jump on a plane.
I sometimes do strange things like this at work. We even have whole CD’s full of these test sounds. I reckon I could drive someone crazy with just one of those CD’s.
Feeling pretty happy about life at the moment. I think I can put this one down to grace. God is good.

On Sunday I had a meeting in Hornsby and I forgot to take the address. It took 3 phone calls and a bit of talking to find it. Then the person wasn’t even there.
Today I had a small group and I got the time wrong. I thought it started at 6.30 when it started at 7.15pm. It was all good fun. So I got into Belrose a bit after 6. Walked to the house where it was at. It was about 6.15pm so I thought I’d walk to the end of the road and back. 6.25pm no young people cars yet. Thought I might call Tom and check the time.
He told me 7.15pm. I felt quite silly. I remmembered he was quite right. I had meant to ask him before, but it was so noisy in the car the other night that I forgot. Oh well. So I went back to Glenrose shops got a Vanilla Coke and sat and read for a little while. I had fun.
I don’t like it. I have a lot of practice at it but I am still no good at it.
Anyone have any suggestions?
I am trying to be good and work on a report and do some study today. I am not doing very well. Oh well.
Wasn’t really in the whole worship vibe tonight. I couldn’t really get there tonight.
I think I am a bit upset with God at the moment. The eternal(well almost) question of suffering, and how to relate to God when you see people you love suffering. And when you too are also suffering. I want to praise God, but I can’t quite get there at the momment. Maybe tommorow I’ll be able to.
I wish I could just hate. It’s so easy and so pure. Much easier and less complicated then trying to love people who hurt you.

Why can I deal much better with people hurting me, then people hurting people I love?
The past definately ain’t through with me. Looks like I might be an Uncle in June. Didn’t find out in the best of ways. Generally not happy about it, and feeling quite hurt actually. Oh well, probably never see the child anyway, best not to think about it.
Went to Woy Woy today by myself. Just wanted to get out of the house and away from Hornsby. So I got on a train and went up the Coast. I love the views on the train going up that way. When I got to Woy Woy I was going to go to a beach, but then I decided that was too much effort. So I sat next to the water and watched the ducks, Swans and sea gulls. Had a bit of God time too which was good.
Then came home. Got a first stop Hornsby express which was nice and quick.

Jo had a good party as far as parties go. I am not really a big party person. I would much rather have a gathering. Yellow traffic things are lots of fun. Think I managed not to talk to anyone I didn’t know. A good policy. I sometimes do talk to strangers but last night.
The cool thing about knowing that I’m actually going (there is a chance not, but I have declared it neglegable), is that I can really start planning all the cool stuff I can do.
I have been thinking about lots of details. Like how I am going to teach stuff to people and how I want my class room setup. I’ve also been thinking about little breaks I can take.
I’ve also decided I am going to try and walk to Nepal from my room. I’m excited by this idea. How many people in Australia can say they’ve walked to another country? Not many I think. Surely at least one reader of my blog has. Have you walked to another country?
Just put on The Very Best of Cream. It’s a really fun CD. I haven’t listened to it in ages. I wasn’t sure I felt like it, but now I am really getting into it. Which is good.
